What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email, organisation, and message you submit. We also store a cookie preference in your browser (local storage) if you accept the cookie banner.

Why and how we use it

• To respond to pilot and partnership enquiries
• To send a confirmation that we received your message
• To protect the form from abuse (rate limiting; optional Cloudflare Turnstile when enabled)

Who processes it

Email delivery is handled by Postmark (SMTP). We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Retention

Enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up business relationship.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing [email protected].
